Terms of Service

By comissioning me, I assume you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

What do/don't drawI specialize in drawing mostly furry and humanoid characters. Anthro and feral are ok too. Fan characters are okay too! Object OCs are a maybe depending on what you'd like.I do NOT draw complex mechanical parts or extreme gore as I am inexperienced with those and not comfortable charging for those. NSFW is ok too, however certain fetish content makes me uncomfortable, please discuss with me the nature of your piece in DMs. You MUST be over 18+ to commission NSFW art from me. If found out that you have lied about your age, you will be BLACKLISTED and BANNED from my page.

Alteration PolicyI am willing to work through with any complaints you may have with a drawing, and will reach out multiple times to check if anything needs to be altered/changed.Alterations will mostly take place during the sketching phase, PLEASE list any changes you want to the piece during this phase. After the linework is started, only minor changes can be made.PLEASE NOTE: After I finish the shading I merge all my layers so my computer won't lag as bad. This will be the FINAL time you can make minor alterations. I also have ADHD and can forget to send thing like WIP, while I am working on doing it frequently, please feel free to bump me for a WIP at anytime!

Payment + Refund PolicyI take payment through Cashapp, Zelle or PayPal!You must send FULL PAYMENT before I begin your commission, however you will be added to my progress list as 'Unpaid' till payment is received. If payment is not received in 24 hours, I will give you a bump in DMs, if 48 hours pass, I will assume your commission as canceled.Refunds will be given out depending on how much I have done on the piece in order to be fair on the time I have spent on the piece.
The general rule of thumb is:Not started -> Full Refund
Started/Halfway -> Half Refund
Complete -> No refund

Usage PolicyOnce the art is delivered, you may use it however you so please! If posted to ToyHouse, please add me (ApolloIsNotFine) as an on-site artist!
If used for icons/banners/thumbnails/ect, while it is not required, you are welcome to credit me in the description!You will NOT use my art for AI training in ANY capacity. If found you are using my work for AI, you will be blacklisted.
